A blend of 85% Grenache, 10% Mourvedre and 5% Syrah that ages in cement vats. The aroma is fruity and spicy with scents of blackberry and raspberry, anise, thyme and tobacco. The mouthfeel is fresh, moderately tannic and with an elegant and long, spicy and fruity finish.
