An equal blend of Grand Cru Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with the Pinot Noir grapes from Ay, Bouzy, Mailly, Verzenay and Verzenay and the Chardonnay from Avize, Cramant, Oger, Chouilly and Le Mesnil. After sitting on the lees for seven years, the wine was given a dosage of 8g/l. It has a bright, straw-yellow color and a clean and almost subtle bouquet with delicate notes that tiptoe on the senses creating great finesse. There are scents of white flowers, peach and crispy apple, while some sweet citrus brings out the freshness and suffused grillé note and one of caramel. Between its slight nuances of brioche, the mouthfeel reveals its wrapping freshness and an elegant creaminess with a balance that is rounded yet rich in tension.
