A 100% Grechetto that aged nine months in barriques and six months in stainless steel. The bouquet makes a strong impact with its scents of ripe yellow fruit and unbridled aromatic sensations, while the mouthfeel is fat and full-bodied, strong yet at the same time very elegant. The finish is flavorful and long.
The unusual name refers to the Burgundy barrel-maker Louis Fabrice Latour who gave the Mottura estate its first barrels to age this wine that since 1994 has carried his name.
