    The grapes for this wine come from the splendid vineyards of Castel Ringberg in Caldaro, which overlook the lake of the same name. It has a very dark and intense ruby color with a bouquet of berry jam and sweet spices, while the flavor is hearty, taut, balanced and bold, with an excellent persistence.

    Serve at 18°C with stewed wild boar or venison with blueberries.
