The acidity and tannins are surprising in this wine which certainly does not show its age. While the wood and aging have made it overall somewhat tame, the soft and spicy component in no way curbs the tannins that are still biting while the acidity remains that of a very young wine, a sign it still has a long life ahead of it. vegetal and smoky scents complete the picture.
