A blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Sauvignon that ages briefly in French-oak barriques. The wine has an intense, straw-yellow color and a broad bouquet with notes of renetta apple, ripe yellow plum, acacia honey and hints of vanilla. The mouthfeel is rounded and warm with a medium softness and a nice flavor full of fruit. With meals it has a nice and eclectic drinkability.
