The vineyard was planted in 2000 at the foot of the Montello Hill and this wine is made with only Merlot grapes that ferment in stainless steel vats. After maceration for 15-20 days, the wine then ages for ten months in steel vats and then another 4-6 months in the bottle. It has a concentrated ruby color with purple reflections while the aroma is that of pulpy sour cherries and blueberries, mushroom, dark chocolate and juniper berries. The wine has a harmonious structure and a soft, slightly tannic, fresh and saline mouthfeel with an aftertaste of dark chocolate and sour cherry.
