Marco and Francesca Sartori, great specialists in producing Valpolicella and Amarone in Val di Mezzane, which has a limy soil, also produce this Soave La Broia, from only Garganega grapes. It ages for 12 months in barrels of various sizes which produces is a very particular aroma, with scents of medlar, citron and wisteria, along with some spicy accents in the background. The mouthfeel is full, soft, wrapping, every pleasing and not that long.
