A blend of Inzolia and Catarratto that matures in stainless steel and has a crystalline, straw-yellow color and scents of hazelnut, lemon peel and sea breeze. The mouthfeel has a hazelnut flavor, a citrusy acidity and a tantalizing salinity as well as a good structure making it very drinkable.
