    An orangish color with an effervescence that by now has been reduced to a fizzle. The bouquet is of spice with notes of nutmeg and cinnamon along with those of Chantilly cream and orange jam with everything enhanced by breathing. The mouthfeel is very soft and still fresh thanks to an extraordinary acidity.
