This, too, is boldly young and destined to have a lifespan lasting decades. It has a very clear yellow color and the aroma is relatively intense and strongly mineral with hints of boxwood and citrus peel. The mouthfeel is flavorful and the lively acidity comes out after the initial sweet impact. Here again the sensation of cleanliness rules supreme.
