Of the three cru I decided to focus on Ju Quarto because it seemed to me to be better adapt for aging. The color is an intense but not opaque ruby full of nuances and very lively. The aroma is open, a touch rustic but well-balanced, bitter-sweet, with dried flowers, graphite, moss and cardamon, scrubs. The taste has a robust and lively attack, the center is tannic, rough, pressing yet exquisite, while the finish is deep, alive, with a return of the bouquet plus some blood nuances. It is a touch volatile but this does no harm and the tannins are tenacious. It has personality galore. It is difficult to say how this will evolve but I think it still needs a couple of years to ensure it melts in the center of the mouth.
