Isabella 2004

The estate has been family-owned since 1964 and tradition is respected is the old methods used in the vineyard. The wine ferments in 23-hector-liter French oak barrels and ages in the cellar for 7-8 years. The wine has a golden color and a wonderful aroma that has an embarrassing freshness with its notes of white pepper and lily of the valley, bergamot and yellow plum, while there is only just a touch of oxidation. The flavor is incredibly dynamic with lively tones of fresh mango and ripe lemon while the mouthfeel is balanced and has a very long and distinct piquant finish, with an extremely pleasing geometric configuration.
