This is always a 100% Grillo wine but with an intense, golden-yellow color and a bouquet, again after a swish, which is an explosion of orange sensations and a few notes of candied citron along with a fresh and balsamic streak. As with every De Bartoli wine, the mouthfeel is an effusion of flavors accompanied by a wonderful, fully integrated tart touch and the richness is balanced by a beautiful acidity. The finish is of rare consistency and length.
