Made from Garganega grapes, this is a white that can age and is the product of careful and artisanal winegrowing. It has a limpid yellow color and aromas of yellow plum, fresh almond and hawthorn flower. The mouthfeel is taut, nicely upheld by a salty and refreshing acidity, with a subtle yet long persistence. Serve at 8°C and pair with a sauté of clams or pesto gnocchi.
