A Chianti Classico Riserva to be enjoyed in full because it is still in splendid form. The color is intense and dark and the edge fully intact, while the mouthfeel is solid, vibrant and bold with thick tannins that are still a bit rude. The aroma is austere, serious, typical and slightly feral. A great wine to have with an important meal, one full of meat and mushrooms.
