The color is an intense ruby-red, the bouquet fragrant and delicate with scents of black cherry, violet and moss. The taste is agile, pleasing and easily drinkable.
Serve cool, 16°C, together with semi-aged cheese and beef carpaccio. Excellent also with a barbecue.
