The intact, red color is definitely not commonplace and has a few orange reflections. The sublime aroma is of wilted, wild violets, cinchona and humus with a lot of spice creating a complexity that with time becomes wrapping. The mouthfeel is still very taut thanks to its pulsating and lively acidity yet caressing with its sweetness and rounded and fine tannins.
