The wine is made from only Cesanese grapes from a vineyard with 50-year-old vines and is fermented in stainless steel where it ages for six months before being bottled and continuing to age. This is an Epiphany for Cesanese with its intense aroma of small red fruits and fresh fruit along with a hint of pink pepper and some citrus. The mouthfeel is agile and fresh with an alcoholic content of only 12%, while the finish is satisfying and juicy.
