The color is a nice, full straw-yellow while the intense bouquet has floral notes of yellow daisies and gorse with a slight hydrocarbon streak to enhance the aroma. The flavor is intense both for its attack as for its compact and well-maintained progression, with an excellent, supporting acidity that allows the finish to be both agile and very persistent at the same time.
