I Censi 2007

This is the wine that disappointed me the most. Stefano told me that the 10% of Malvasia Nera did not always have the same aging ability as the 90% of Negroamaro, even when aged at length in big barrels. And in this case you can sense and fully see its early aging, from its dull and opaque red color to its reticent aroma. Only the taste offers some dynamism to lift the overall impression. Stefano told me they were thinking of turning I Censi into a younger and fresher wine.
