The novelty this year was the adoption of a screw cap, a choice I consider spot on and respectful of the wine as well as the consumer. It has a straw-yellow color with very captivating green reflections. The aroma is intense, persistent and very young with scents of pink and yellow grapefruit, wild yellow plum and a strong salty and chalky note but with a sweetness comparable to the great northern wines and a very persistent and broad aftertaste.
