This should eliminate any doubts over the wine’s ability to age. Its color is still young, a pale straw-yellow with strong green reflections. The aroma has begun to relax and become refined and the bouquet has notes of naphthalene and camphor along with those of yellow and pink grapefruit, mostly the latter, to finish with medlar and green plums. The mouthfeel is sumptuous and has a rare balance between a distinct mineral saltiness and a good progression that makes the wine anything but boring, while the finish is incredibly intact and intense.
