This wine is 50% Moscato Giallo while the remaining 50% is a blend of Viognier, Inzolia and other aromatic grapes. The Moscato grapes dry on the vines for around a month and then soak in wine for a few months. Once the wine is made 5-10% ages in barriques for sex months. The wine has a full, golden color and an unusual aroma of candied orange, ripe apricot and orange blossom along with notes of sage and hops to finish with those of chestnut honey and hints of coffee. The mouthfeel is nice, sweet but not too much so, with an aftertaste of dried fruit and honey. The wine has a sugar residue of 135g and a total annual production of 20,000 bottles.
