The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes that sit for eight years on the lees. Its bouquet opens on fruity-citrus notes of orange and bergamot with a clear mineral component. The aroma then evolves on sweeter scents and those of vanilla before making way for a clear minerality and a suffused roasted note. The mouthfeel is soft and creamy, juicy and very long with a pleasing zesty touch.
