The vineyard’s density is some 12,300 vines per hectare and the wine recalls more the Chardonnay wines of the north than those from the island. The nose is sharp, mineral and citrusy and while the mouthfeel has structure, it stands out above all for being tasty and fresh to then close on toasted and citrus notes.
