This bottle was a wonderful confirmation. It has a bright and luminous ruby color, assorted aromas including those of black cherry and violet as well as scents of damp earth and underbrush, together with a little sweet spice. The mouthfeel is decided, full-bodied yet agile, elegant, subtle and persistent. Serve at 18°C and pair with roast lamb.
