Made from Zibibbo grapes and matured in stainless steel vats, this wine has a luminous, straw-yellow color and intense aromas of ripe peach and gardenia on a background of sage. The mouthfeel is full-bodied and has a precise flavor consistent with the bouquet and while the medium acidity may leave too much room for the alcohol, the salinity is lovely.
