A 100% Grillo white with a bright, straw-yellow color and an intriguing aroma with floral notes of lavender along with hints of passion fruit and medlar. The mouthfeel is as intense as the aroma and has a nice salty note and countervailing acidity. Suave balances grace to the finish.
