Grillo 2014

The wine is made from only Grillo grapes and is fermented and aged in stainless steel vats. It has a nice straw-yellow color with golden reflections that are not too excessive. The aroma is modern without any concessions towards warm sensations and has floral notes of yellow flowers as well as Mediterranean hints and a balsamic touch. The mouthfeel is agile with a nice salinity and freshness. This is a wine that does not last long on the table.
