Grillo is a grape found primarily in western Sicily and so those grown in Feudo Maccari, in Noto, are an exception. Nevertheless, their characteristics are very similar to their 'cousins' to the west. This wine has a clear, golden color, an intense bouquet of exotic fruit and fresh almond with a full, soft and almost salty flavor.
Serve at 8°C and pair with pasta with sardines and a nice fish mixed grill.
