This new way of interpreting the Grillo grape is really convincing. The wine has a clear, yellow color with lucent reflections and the aroma, after a quick swish in the glass, reveals notes of anise and eucalyptus along with a very pleasing white and yellow floral sensation. The mouthfeel is elegant with its very captivating vein of a salinity and the wine is exceptionally drinkable thanks to its nice acidity and compactness. The finish is persistent and sharp.
