A blend of 59% Pinot Noir (19% red wine), 30% chardonnay and 11% Meunier. After seven years on the lees, it was disgorged with a dosage of 5g/l which made the fruit sensation even crispier, fresh scents of currant, wild strawberry and rhubarb together with an acidic touch of raspberry. In the glass it has a deep and luminous pink color with orange nuances while flavor is juicy and rich with notes of hibiscus and cherry, aromatic herbs and cotton candy. The mouthfeel is intense and complex with a dynamic freshness and velvety vinosity.
