A nice straw-yellow color, a broad bouquet, fruity on notes of medlar and a nice clean and distinct floral component. There is also a slight balsamic tinge and this helps to break up the more sweet notes. To the tongue it goes down well with a nice acidic streak without any excessive sweetness. The effervescence is also good and well-amalgamated, never invasive.
