Gorgona 2012

A white wine blended from Vermentino and Ansonica grapes which in the glass has the soft, yellow color of the sun's rays. This wine is a synthesis of the island and everything that makes it distinctive, with the natural bouquet of Mediterranean vegetation, gorse flowers and slightly citrus nuances of sun-ripened plumbs. The mouthfeel is as taut as the wind, with a freshness upheld by mineral and salty elements that recall the blue of the sea. The finish is lightly wrapped in a veil of almond that elegantly closes a convincing and expressive drop.
