    100% Chardonnay grapes. Classic method, 10 years on the yeast. Straw yellow, with dense and fine perlage. Light milky flavors with yeasty notes, fresh almond, and golden plum. Intense and creamy taste that is somewhat briny but very pleasant. Long and persistent finish.
