Here the color was a little more green, the flavor relatively sweeter and creamier. The wood, that was evident, was used with pinpoint precision offering vanilla and toasted accents. As always it was the freshness that dominated the mouthfeel and enticed you to take sip after sip towards an elegant and very persistent finish. The aroma was, as always, very floral with a return of hay and yeast, the famous bread crust scent.
