The product of a minor year. Stefano told me they preferred that their wines faithfully mirrored their vintage. The latter part of this particular year was unusually cold. The color is much clearer and transparent than the previous wine, nevertheless its aroma has a certain potency but what it lacks is flavor, which is very thin, scarce. Without a doubt the 2010 had a lot more going for it.
