Girofle 2010

From a magnum. I drank this bottle several days before and included it here because it deserves credit and is proof that a Negroamaro rosé is more than worthy of being in a magnum bottle. A pure Negroamaro of rare purity and goodness, its color is quite a dark cherry, with bright reflections. The bouquet is a succession of young and fresh fruit. The taste has a nice impact, confident, decided, with a nice acidity. A wine that can easily accompany even particularly challenging dishes. Its freshness, easy drinkability and ability to age are truly excellent. A great rosé and splendid vintage with a long long life ahead of it.
