The color is an intense garnet and the bouquet has classic aromas of black cherry under spirits together with scents of cassis, cacao and a touch of sweet spice. The flavor is distinct, the mouthfeel has body but above all an excellent acidity, thanks to the grapes growing at a high altitude, which gives it agility and elegance, even in such a bold structure, making the wine more drinkable than one would imagine. The finish is warm and very long but not heavy.
