Giocheremo con i Fiori Pecorino 2014

The Pecorino grapes are cultivated organically and the wine is made in stainless steel. This is an exemplary Pecorino, very varietal with notes that are citrusy, slightly spicy and fragrant with precise scents of citron and white flowers. The mouthfeel is saline with a very distinct acidity due to both the particular nature of the grape and the ‘nordic’ weather during the growing season. The wine closes with a subtle persistence yet a nice length.
