A small champion made from Nerello Mascalese grapes produced by a small winemaker who has performed a miracle with this wine that has a luminous yet relatively clear red color. The aroma is almost that of a Burgundy with little fruit, raspberry and nuances of holly. The mouthfeel is taut and fresh and while it may not have a lot of structure it is delicate and silky with a nice finish. Wonderfully drinkable.
