This 100% Sauvignon is both fermented and aged in steel without any malolactic fermentation. It has a pale, straw-yellow color and a typical aroma of distinct Sauvignon scents. The bouquet is insinuating, a bit strong on herbal notes, and is both aromatic and fruity, with notes of boxwood, laurel and ripe peach. The mouthfeel has a nice acidity and discreet persistence.
