Gerione 2003

Striking with its dark and deep, impenetrable red color. The aroma is an explosion of fruit with some pleasing balsamic variations, mostly underbrush and blackcurrant. The mouthfeel is bold and stands out for its structure. While silky with a powerful critical mass at first, it has a tad too much of alcohol making it a bit pungent even if balanced by its enormous structure. A nice aftertaste.
