The style is almost unmistakable, which undoubtedly enhances the value of the brand. Made from only Chardonnay grapes with half of the must fermented in used French oak barrels, before it sits for six months on the lees. This Satèn is in no way shy and is already convincing with its pale, lucent golden color and thick and incessant bead. The aroma is wrapped in a cloud of flowers including elder, orange and peach blossom. In the background there is a bouquet of crunchy apricot and yellow plum. The palate is captivated by a freshness that has a pleasing dynamism, a merry-go-round with precise harmony between body and lightness, wrapping sensations and tension.
