Fumin 2007

The product of a hot year, this wine displays all the grapes characteristics. The color is very concentrated without being dark, while the bouquet is intriguing with its scents of ripe blackberry and some blueberry jam and a smoky and elegant touch that ushers in a cherry scent and some clear spice. The mouthfeel has great balance with settled and nicely integrated tannins while the freshness and drinkability are ensured by a marked acidity ready to carry the weight. In the aftertaste return sensations of spice and pepper and a slight grassy touch. An intriguing wine.
