Fumin 2002

A bright but not very concentrated ruby color make this 2002 somewhat ambiguous with its distinctly different appearance. The aroma has wild strawberry and its evident reduction demands some vigorous breathing in order to allow its scents of spice and tomato leaf to be unleashed. The classic flavor ensures the wine's drinkability but not its progression, even if the glass empties easily. A wine you need not think too much about to get the best out of it.
