This was not overall a great year for Friulano but Ronco Blanchis appears to have been an exception. The way Giancarlo and Gianni Mentotti interpreted the vintage was quite positive. It has a clear, golden-yellow color and very typical and clear scents of white peach and almond. The taste is distinct, salty, fresh and agile. It is best served at 10°C and nice with Roman-style broccoli and arzilla soup.
