This blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Bianco ages on the lees for 36 months. The wine has a delicate effervescence and a yellow-green color. The bouquet has notes of jasmine with slight nuances of weeds and citrine. The mouthfeel begins almost subtlety with notes between candied lemon and citron but then comes into its own with delicate flavors of honey and pineapple. A lovely style, fresh and full even in the finish which leaves nothing to chance.
