Made from Biancolella grapes and aged in stainless steel vats, the wine has a yellow-green color and an interesting aroma of clear and intense notes of gorse, citron, banana and Mediterranean brush. The mouthfeel is full, fresh and saline with a distinct flavor that recalls white flowers. The finish is very persistent.
